The Government of Bangladesh has a high level and long term commitment to SDG6. This session features collaborative work on providing safe drinking water to schools and health care centres in the coastal zone. A pilot phase has demonstrated major improvements in drinking water safety and reliability at a cost of less than USD1 per person per year. We discuss plans to formalize the professional service delivery model at the District Level applying a results-based funding contract.
